How it works:
You’ll meet your dedicated EveryCare Hospice nurse. Together you’ll build the care plan that matches your goals and needs by answering questions like:
Where to Receive Care: EveryCare Hospice can support you in your home, nursing facility, hospital or wherever you feel most comfortable.
Care Needs and Goals: Are symptoms and side-effects hindering your quality of life? Do you have a granddaughter’s wedding you want to attend? EveryCare Hospice will work with you to build a care plan that perfectly matches your goals and needs.
Family Planning: How can we support you and your family? EveryCare Hospice will assign team members to help with your family’s needs, from estate planning, to grief therapy, to family education for a grandchild who is struggling with the situation.
Insurance: In almost all cases EveryCare Hospice families receive their care for free, with 100% of cost being covered by insurance. EveryCare Hospice will handle the insurance companies so you don’t have to.

Receiving Care
You can expect regular visits (60% more than other hospices) from your EveryCare Hospice team. These team members are especially assigned to you, so you always have a friendly face delivering your care. Our team will provide:

CNA Services: for daily tasks like bathing and house-keeping
Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy: to help your love one make the most of every day
All Medicine, Supplies, and Equipment for your hospice care
Advanced Wound Care
Respite, Inpatient, and Continuous Care
Respite Care: Family caregivers need and deserve rest. EveryCare Hospice will coordinate a comfortable inpatient stay for your loved one, so your family can rest easy knowing they’re receiving 24/7 care while you get a well-deserved break.
Inpatient & Continuous Care: Is your loved one experiencing challenges that need more regular support? EveryCare Hospice will coordinate 24/7 in-person care at home (Continuous Care) or in a facility (Inpatient Care).

Chaplain Services for spiritual support tailored to your faith

Bereavement Support: Healing takes time. That’s why EveryCare Hospice offers two years of bereavement support for you and your loved ones, nearly twice as much support as other hospices.
Virtual & In-Person Group Therapy: You deserve to feel community around you. That’s why EveryCare Hospice offers virtual and in-person group therapy sessions to heal together.
